I have a 12 qt Paderno disk bottom one that I really like. Holds a simmer easily for stock, and is good for pasta and soup as well. Not sure I'd use it for stews/chillies/tomato sauce though, since I'm spoiled with my large enameled cast iron/fully clad ones for that stuff.
