The Rev2 is an excellent choice. I have one and use it for small batch tempering. I use a Mol d'Art for most of my needs, but it's a lot more expensive and geared towards larger batches. Also, it's technically not a temperer, but a melter, although you use it for tempering. I'm not saying whether you should buy one though.  Amy |
