Has anyone here bought and used any of the cookie sheets, cake pans, muffin tins and so forth one can purchase from the King Arthur Flour catalogs and website? I'm looking to replace some of my bakeware, and I was wondering about these pans. I've not been able to locate any reviews online.

I have not. I usually get all of my baking pans from restaurant supply stores.
What materials are they made from, and what's the gauge?

I get mine from Bridge Cookware. They're reasonable and very high quality. fitzie

J&J,
Knowing KA, I'd assume that they're of fairly high quality, but more expensive than equivalents purchased elsewhere.
