It's kind of cool, but it wouldn't work for measuring things like flour for bread (too small). If you don't already own a scale, I'd recommend going that route instead. Amy |

I think it would be rather small for flour, potatoes, greens, etc. Seems like a scale is more versatile. I have the Soehnle Bernina. It hangs on the wall -- very nice for a small kitchen, although clomping around the kitchen does make it take its own sweet time settling. |
