I just loved it being in glass! This has a 16oz. capacity.

Have you used said item yet. I always though what made it work was it was rough and I am not so sure you would get the same effect. But it sure is pretty. Barbara bought me one a short time ago, I was always finding a need for one but since I got it, haven't used it even once. It is small, which I think is ok because I can't think of big things I would use it for.

Report back, when you get a chance to use it.

Aside from its looks, the main reason I bought it is that it is what my pharmacist uses; I felt quite comfortable knowing that if it was good enough for pharmaceuticals it ought to be good with basil leaves :o   :D !

I will report back shortly on pesto!!

Wino,

Be careful how much pressure you use. I've broken a glass M&P before using it the way I would a ceramic one.

Wow, that's a beauty.

Just don't take to bed to hold and coddle...someone might be jealous.

I'll have huge problems with her if I start coddling in bed :!: :P

As the ol' sayin' goes, "You can coddle a cuttlefish, but ya cain't cuddle one!"

P.S. The pharmicist did warn me about the breakage issue, admonishing me to never stir sideways, ALWAYS circular. But for $36 and bein' so darn cute...

I didn't know pharmacists even used them any more. I thought all they did was count.

Fitzie, I was thinking that myself, I didn't think they actually made anything anymore, so maybe it is there just to impress people and make them think he knows what he is doing.
