I've been meaning to re-tin my copper cookware for years, but just never got around to it. Based on a recommendation from SilverSage I bit the bullet and sent my french copperware to East Coast Tinning. We just got it back, and omg, it's gorgeous. Can't wait to cook on it! Amy

Cook on it, you could wear them like jewels. This is a fine board, isn't it?

I fear I am developing a fine patina of envy! Very nice, Amy.

New stove, newly tinned copper -- what's next?!
Very nice! Do you polish them or let them age?
