I've used this for 6 months now, almost everyday, and it is wonderful. Quote: Features a 100% ceramic, non-stick coating which is six times stronger than the traditional non-stick coatings. Completely PFOA and PTFE chemical free, this ceramic non-stick coating allows high heat cooking up to 400F. 25 year warranty. https://paderno.com/can/products.php?catID=5&subID=23&pID=1179 Often on sale at 50% off and well worth it. Please note: it has the All-Clad style of exposed rivets inside the cooking area (I HATE THIS) ![]() |

Here is a quote from the description of the pan: "...this ceramic non-stick coating allows high heat cooking up to 400F". I guess this means no stir fry? |

Dave - Although it is available in larger sizes we bought it specifically for omelet’s; at 8" the only stir-frying it will see might be a scrambled egg to cover my botching of said omelet. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

After all, larger Eco Pans have this same listing, and 400º really isn't that hot for a skillet. |
