I was considering building my own ceramic wood-fired pizza oven in the backyard. Then I realized I'd use it maybe twice a year, and reconsidered. |

Filing the high heat lock off your self cleaning oven is cheaper. This also reminds me of all of the Big Green Eggs that sit in our neighborhood. I have never seen one being used, but I'm usually in the kitchen on Thanksgiving day. Tim |

Nice lookin' oven to be sure. Here is another kind of pretty pizza oven. The Millar Pizza Oven ... wood fired even! Note: I finally, after over a year, got going on the Pizza Project. I'll post more about it in a separate thread. |
