I just welcomed one into my kitchen! I've been reading about this steam oven for such a long time but hesitated because I already had the Breville Smart Oven and do not really have extra room on the counters for another small appliance. Love this thing! Toast and bagels are remarkably better (the BSO tends to 'bake' rather than toast). And I'm dying to steam bake some chicken thighs in Yoshida sauce. I also plan to test out some of my bread recipes with it.

Somehow the words steam and toast don't work together for me.

It only steams when you set it. The reason it toasts so well is that the door seals very tightly so the toast doesn't dry out and bake.
