Has anyone heard of this brand? I recently got a Crate and Barrel catalog and they had a gorgeous set of 3 ply copper, aluminum, and stainless pots that I am lusting after. Even knowing that they are $1,000 cheaper than the All-Clad set I was planning for, and probably y terrible quality, I can't stop thinking about how pretty they are. http://www.crateandbarrel.com/fleischer ... et/s176913Someone talk some sense into me, please. --Lisa

Lisa,
Do you want to spend the rest of your life polishing them?
Also, at that price, I doubt there's more than 1mm of copper.

They are pretty, but I'd be concerned also about the quality and durability. I see a big dent in the future.

If you really want a laugh, read the "About" page.
It's like someone wrote a program to auto-generate hipster brand marketing. It's also patently clear that neither "Fleischer" nor "Wolf" actually exist as people.

They won't stay pretty.
They won't work well.
