One reviewer noted scratching on ceramic surfaces so that’s a no go for me with an induction cooktop. |

FWIW, we've been devotees of Volrath's restaurant-grade nonstick. It doesn't have the magic qualities of the hexclad (if they really work), but for a durable, heavy-duty, good nonstick pan, Volrath is great. Note that most of their nonstick line isn't induction-ready, but they have one series that is. If you do get the hexclad, give us a writeup! |
