I've had more time with the Behmor now.

Espresso Roast -- I do prefer mine less then black burnt (to give it context), but the Behmor still tended to make it too light (just a wee bit). I now lie to it by putting a little less coffee in then I say (6 oz load on 1/2 lb setting). Worked great, delicious coffee. Considerably less harsh then the output from the iRoast 2.

Regular Roast -- I'm roasting to a medium-dark roast. Maybe medium by some people standards. The Behmor excels at this; it does lots, and it does it very well.

I bought a portable vac for use around the kitchen and to clean out the behmor; it tends to be full of chaff when you are done. All in all, I am very happy with it.

Thanks for report Paul! I think I'm going to have to put this on the back burner (pun intended) as I just bought the VacMaster, and had unexpected expenses with my trip to Chicago.
