lou, thanks!! I could not remember who showed me the way. Nice to see you here.
I love my bosch. It just rips through anything I put in it. AND I can easily store it.
The fact that it just cuts through 3 pounds of rye dough is a thing of beauty. I am in awe of it.

Some where on a board that shall remain nameless, I calculated the amount of torque the Bosch produces and it was way up there. I recall doing nearly four pounds of pizza dough and it ripped through it like buddah.
Big bonus with the Bosch 7 series, and this is not in line with this thread, is that it is not a stand mixer. For those with small kitchens it neatly fits away into a cupboard or drawer.
