So, at Amy's request, I just created the Topic "Hot Water Bath" for all of your sous vide chatting needs. Especially since she herself is posting enough to fill a topic. :P

And because I don't wanna be in charge of sous vide posts, I made her a moderator. Let the punishment fit the crime!

Amy will be moving existing threads over to the new topic.

Also, because "Restaurants" has recieved NO traffic over the last two months, I'm going to merge it with "Travel".

Oh yeah Jean, I'll bring the "big bowl of shrimp". That will mean a run to Costco, but Amy's worth it ;)

And how about some of that unoaked chard, as long as I am going to cc I can stop at Safeway right across the street.
