Simple (the meeting is boring this afternoon)...
Highlight the text you want to print
Print in the menu (or Crtl-P)
Choose "Print Selection" in the Print dialog (usually somewhere near where it asks what pages you want to print).
I'm not above pasting into Word if I want to print several excerpts from one or more web pages.

I just copy the page into Evernote in a special folder I have for great recipes from this blog.
