Amy posted our regrets on another thread (I think it was called Change of Dates). We couldn't find a suitable date this year particularily with the change in Amy's schedule. We are proposing May of 2012. We have secured a kitchen at Johnson & Wales University. If everyone is still interested, we will pick a weeked in May when Amy's season slows down.
