Amy,
If you wanted to so SF Bay, I'd make the local arrangements. However, as gourmet a place as this is, there's two problems with holding a meetup here:
1. SF is kind of expensive compared to other locations we've used.
2. That makes my availability the linchpin for a meetup, and we've observed that my work-travel schedule can be kind of an obstacle.
Vegas is also in the mix; several people here know it reasonably well.
What foodie things are there to do in Denver other than steak? I don't think I've visited any portion of Colorado which wasn't a desert.

I would love to come, and will try to pry EB away from her cloistered life. Most anytime or place works for me, although a ski outing in Telluride would rock.

I could probably do anything w/in an 8 hour drive of Toronto, maybe a bit more. Would need to check on flights from Buffalo to Denver.
It is my personal goal to get to a meet.

I would soooo love to come and meet you all in person! What a blast that would be. Perhaps if all the stars align perfectly...
I may be in the States for an extended time at the end of the summer.
