I have long avoided participating in lotteries and other state-sanctioned gambling...it is kind of tempting, though |

I also can't buy lottery tickets as it would prevent me from making fun of my husband buying lottery tickets and it is all too enjoyable. I would not have any problem spending anything he may win though. Mary |

I don't normally buy lottery tickets, but WTH; that's like enough money to launch my own startup. Although not enough to bail out California ... |

I just read that people in Nevada who don't have the lottery are driving to CA and AZ and waiting for hours to buy tickets. |

I was going to buy 10, but then I handed the cashier a $20, and said "what the heck, I'll take 20." I know I might as well have burned that $20 bill, but 'you can't win if you don't play.' Amy |
