Damn, now I have the (never far away) urge for some foie. A good article and does indeed make me feel a little better about it. I'm not entirely sure we aren't all rationalizing like crazy here, but I'm good with it ![]() |

Todd, Paul, As a non-meat-eater, I have to say that I don't find foie-gras any more "immoral" than most other meat. Foie geese are treated much better than feedlot cattle or Tyson factory chickens, for example. I wonder how that California attempt to make genetically engineered foie gras is going? |
