WOW! That is a whole bunch of mustard. I might have to get that book! I can get yogurt in glass jars with plastic lids and also Nutella in a decorative water glasses. I save these for gifts, although with the Nutella eater off at college I need to eat more yogurt. Mary |

Tarragon Mustard #1: 1/4 cup whole yellow mustard seeds 1/4 cup preground yellow mustard powder 1/4 cup champange vinegar 1/2 cup very hot water 1 tablespoon light brown sugar 3 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon salt Grind the yellow mustard seeds coarse to fine per your taste. Combine with the mustard powder, vinegar, and water, and blend. Put the sugar, salt, garlic and tarragon into a mortar and make into a smooth paste. Blend into the mustard mixture. Seal in a jar. Refrigerate for 2 weeks before using. |
