| Post subject: | Pickled Watermelon Rind |
Has anyone ever pickled watermelon rind? I made a batch using an Alton Brown recipe - I should have known better. His science is good, but I've never liked his flavors. It tastes like a salt lick. I bought another watermelon and am looking for a new recipe. |

I thought I had a recipe, but this watermelon rind relish is the only thing I could find. It does look great though. |

EatYourBooks worked great. Here are recipes for pickled watermelon rind. I have not made any of these. |
