I know people like chocolate fountains, but they totally gross me out. The whole double dipping aspect gives me the willies. Some completely cheesy chain restaurant has been advertising theirs, and I simply have to turn my head and shudder every time the commercial comes on. It's one thing at a private function, but in a restaurant?!

Huh. I've seen (and written about) many of those 50 worst before. I notice they seem to get the same catalogs I do.
Anyway, I've already ordered my Momma Walker's Breakfast Liquor assortment for the holidays. Hair of the dog ... on pancakes!

A bonus is that they loved watching it and therefore demanded to eat more apples. And the toast tongs are awesome for fishing smaller items out of the toaster (i.e. when the no longer toddler decides to toast half a waffle) or bagels that were cut too thick and are stuck. I want the automated candy dispenser on my desk!

Jean,
Since there's no narrative, it's hard to be sure, but I think that apple peeler is on that list because it's NOT the design that works. I have the classic 40's apple peeler, and that thing works great.

Mine will slice and peel or just peel. It hasn't made the trip to our new digs, yet, but this reminded me to put it on the list.
