So I sent the gift basket and it arrived yesterday. Mark called this morning to Thank me. He also let me know that the Russian Dressing leaked out of it's container. I called Zingermans this morning and they are sending an additional package with these items to make up for the inconvenience.
Contents Smoked Borsellino Salami 1 No Charge Cabot Zingerman's Cheddar 1 No Charge Olive Oil & Sea Salt Flatbread 1 No Charge
Not that's what I call customer service. I will definitely order from them again.

They are a great company. I love their (rather expensive) buttery tasting French olive oil, Moulin Corneille, to use in salads not cooking.

I answered a survey a couple of weeks ago and they sent me a 10% off discount code. I went to their site today and they have the Reuben Sandwich kits on sale and I used the discount code. I saved $50.00. I will be looking forward to my delivery on Tuesday.
