Yeah, thanks Lindsay! I used to know Joe and Alice back in the day (Alice is a big opera fan). But I really didn't know much about how it's being run lately. I actually know the selling price to Albrecht, but I guess Joe doesn't want it shared about, so I'll just tease you.
