It does look awesome. I just heard about Impossible Flan a couple of weeks ago, but I'm looking for an opportunity to try it.

JB,
I recommend the recipe in My Sweet Mexico, then. One note: the recipe wants an 8"X8"X2" baking pan. The directions are not specific on what size pan it wants.

Fuzzy,
I'll look for it. CC just covered it, that's where I heard about it. They use a full-size bundt pan, though. Great presentation, but you need to gather 18 of your closest friend to eat it.
