This was in Wegman's newsletter; Fuzzy and other Veges might be interested. It's getting good reviews from even non -veges. http://www.wegmans.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=729901&storeId=10052&langId=-1 |

I dunno, there's at least two options in there which involve stuffed fake-meat soy products. |

Personally, I rather make my own vegan food. Purchased seems to taste like damp basements to me. fitzie |

JB, Yeah, but most of the rest of the meal is the sort of health-conscious self-punishment food I often associate with veganism. That menu, in general, really seems like an argument against veganism; I can't imagine why it was recommended to you. |

I know plenty of vegetarians who like food, but I've never met a vegan who really did. Okay, I have heard of one or two, but I think they're pretty thin on the ground, y'know? |

Wegman's is nearly always in a college town. And they eat vegetarian/organic stuff. We also have a large SDA population here, too. |

JB, I know a few Vegans who like food, but I agree they're a rare breed. You pretty much have to live somewhere like San Francisco or Portland (or, as it turns out, Sydney). |

Tree Hugger published a collection of Thanksgiving recipes today. I've only tried a few of their recipes, but they have been very good. Plus, lots of gluten-free options and no faux-flesh. 38 gourmet Thanksgiving recipes for vegans and vegetarians |

I think the vegans I know who love food are all from India. Not so much the North Americans who embrace it as a health-related lifestyle. That seems to be a different culture all together. |
