And a very weak association, but my daughter's rabbi at Pratt was interviewed on epicurious and I thought I would share. http://www.epicurious.com/articlesguide ... bject_map= Mary |

Interesting article. He seems to have a nice sense of humor. One thing I always miss about my ex this time of year are the seders. I always enjoyed them, especially when the kids were young. |

He has been very nice to Hannah. He has an open house every Friday that she goes to. This is a young man with 4 or 5 kids! His wife must be a saint (mixing religious metaphors, I know). We are a very secular family. I started to celebrate the Jewish holidays like I do the Christian ones (I am equal opportunity when it it comes to parties) but soon realized I was out Jewing my husband and his folks. I think it is very cool she is exploring that part of her heritage. Mary |

Mary, Passover was always my favorite holiday, because of the food. Mind you, Kris would love it if I made matzoh ball soup 4 or 5 times a year. Or more. However, given the work involved, not likely. |
