I made Chicken Pot Pie for dinner and Mixed Berry Streusel Pie for dessert. The berry pie was definitely a keeper. So who else used today as an excuse to indulge in pastry delights? Speaking of pastry delights, who can direct me to an excellent recipe for Hamentashen? |

Well, I went for pie as main course, so this is a greek greens pie with a cornmeal crust and a yogurt/egg top "crust", which was a new recipe for me. Turned out pleasingly well:
