Lisa, I had an Ethiopian dish recently that was quite good; it was spinach with a peanut (butter?) flavor. Wish I could replicate. Any suggestions? You mentioned earlier that your husband was from South Africa. |

You mentioned earlier that your husband was from South Africa. I think I have had it... peanut butter and ground peanuts are common in Mid-African food. Was it curried?
