Per Jes's insite and my realizing that Memphis is very close to the aformentioned Byhalia, MS. I thought I would put out feelers for Memphis eateries. |

The one and only time I've been in Memphis we found ourselves at Corky's for the ribs. I was really impressed because while Sean and I loved ours, Joe was so so. About 10 minutes after we'd been served, a man came over to our table and said that he noticed that Joe's ribs weren't very tender and he wanted to bring over a new order. Which he did and they were great. |

Must be included on your bucket list. http://www.commissarybbq.com/home For "Supper" it was Gus' World Famous Fried Chicken in Memphis, it too was very much worth the trip, I have a "Jamaican me crazy brownie" packed in the suitcase tio share with the herd tomorrow in Texas. Yet another culinary success story... http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_R ... essee.html |
