Not exactly single serving stuff, but wine pouches are already here. We don't let much Finger Lakes Riesling go out of state so may be awhile before your favorite winery jumps on the bandwagon. Bags and boxes are really great if you have a reason to keep a secret from your glass recyclers.

I can get wine in juice boxes and sparkling wine in little cans. Brought to you by the nice Swiss folks who brought you mustard in a tube.

Hey, I'm waiting for more/better box wine to be available. Kris doesn't drink, so I will often only have 2 glasses in an evening when we don't have guests. Tetrapak and box wine keeps better once opened.
Unfortunately, all the box wine carried near me is horrible stuff. For example, my grocer has Big House Wines ... sugary!
