http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IWty8bKFnw Kind of a PITA, but if you need little uniform taters, it's the way to go. The ones in this video are bigger than Amy described, but if I remember my short lesson on French potato cookery, you can vary the size according to your needs. |

Actually, they're not that much bigger than what I do. They take some practice, and I have a Wusthof tourne knife which makes it easier, but they are dang fun to make. Amy |
