PC turkey stock turned out great after an hour at high pressure. Love the PC for this stuff!

Cooks County Feb/Mar 2010 Skillet-Glazed Pork Chops (added 1 tbsp more cider vinegar to the glaze), Braised Red Cabbage, Dijon-Honey Glazed Carrots and Delicious Orchards Applesauce Cake (NJ specialty bought from DO) for Dessert. Absolutely divine.
