Linda,
This was excellent. I have been telling everybody here at work how good it was and I will be making it again. I goofed and poured the onions and the cream onto the crust. I think it would work better if you pulled out the onions first and placed them on the crust and drizzled the cream mixture on top. I used White onions.

Do you think one could add some garlic flavor to this? Say, in the form of garlic oil or just a bit of minced garlic.
I always think that garlic adds to everything.

I make a potato and caramelized onion pizza that everyone loves, it also has baked garlic on top. I think adding garlic sounds great but I'd go for roasted personally or the garlic oil.
