Firing up the smoker on some ribs today, I might even get in a brisket this week. Who smokes what?
I like smoked beans well enough, but find smoking spuds to make potato chips too much of a good thing. (A local BBQ spot does that)

We are also going to have smoked ribs today, but, actually, I'm not a fan! My son-in-law loves to smoke just about anything...fish, meat, veggies. I prefer the grill. But don't tell him!
