Crackers I just made these to test out my oven some more. I'm thinking I didn't mix in the butter enough, because when I gathered the dough and rolled it out, there was visible butter pieces and the dough was a little difficult to manage. These are made with White Whole Wheat so they have a little bit of a nutty taste to me. I would make these again. My oven works, but I can't figure out how to cancel the timer. I have a timer button and a cancel button, but the cancel button doesn't want to cancel the timer when the display is in timer mode. The timer does stop working when I turn the main function knob to off. I called Ernie and hopefully he can find out from Viking which buttons I need to push and in what order. |

Todd, those look good. Try touching the timer button a couple of times to cancel, my GE is like that. |
