I just made these (as an added gift with my mustards) and yes, they're time consuming (approx 3 hrs) as is any bread recipe, but they're really easy and deeelicious. I didn't have celery seeds but will make sure to include them in the next round per the recos in the reviews.

EDIT: Can't post the pic. Keep getting an error message that "The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 400 KiB." even though I've reduced the size to 2"x3". Not sure what the issue is.
