I made my dish with bratwurst instead of Italian sausage and I want to try Polish and possibly a mix of sausages next time.
I served mine with mashes potatoes as my mother would have done.
Also, I will omit the bok choy since it didn't seem to add anything and I love bok choy and can find better uses for it.
I absolutely loved this dish and it will go into my winter rotation, I can't wait to make it again it was so tasty.
