To those of you in Michigan, I just got an email saying that Maxime Bilet, one of the authors of Modernist Cuisine will be a making an appearance at this year's Epicurean Classic. He will also be cooking at La Becasse Friday September 9th, and the public is invited to attend. I wish I could go to this thing...it sounds like a really great event. Amy |
