How do you use chocolate mint? The leaves taste delicious on their own but I'm not getting any creative vibes as to how to use in salads/cooking/baking. Anyone have any experiences to share?
I think it would be great steeped in a custard base for icecream. I had a ricotta chocolate mint pie at a cooking class once and she steeped regular mint. A little went a long way.
My other thought is chocolate martinis.
