Dandelion Chocolate is finally open. They're focussing on very high quality pure chocolate, generally varietal from various parts of the world.

Here's some cocoa beans from various far countries awaiting processing:



Their whole factory floor is open so that you can see them making chocolate:



While mostly they do pure chocolate, at the factory they have a cafe', including amazing chocolate desserts:



This chocolate sculpture was next door to Dandelion, at high-end bakery Craftsmen & Wolves:

And I was thinking that you had found a new endangered species...until I saw it was dandelion.

Oh Wow! I have to go there!
