Today was more of the same, so my short ribs and cake will have to wait. I did talk to the butcher and he will try and meet my request for a 2 1/2 pound piece of boneless short rib although he stated that he may have to provide it in two pieces; it will depend on what they have that day.
My favorite cake is still CI's Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake, so that will be on the docket when I can get to it.
