Hi cookie, They're all delicious, so it's hard to choose, but if I had to choose between the Lime Cilantro and the Red Pepper Sauce, I'd choose the Lime Cilantro. Let us know what you end up making!

We really like the CI maple/soy grilled salmon. My cousin made this for us last year and it was very good as well. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Baked-Salm ... rop24=etafAnd lastly, if you are brave enough to try salmon wrapped in parchment it makes a lovely presentation.

Cilantro, for me, is awful on anything but on salmon especially - the tastes just go in two opposite directions...

wino, I have to disagree. The cilantro works beautifully, mixed with the garlic and lime in the salmon recipe I posted. Great balance of flavors.

I will never convert or win this one - what a dilemma I have tried, etc. In the finest of restaurants, at my friends where they try to sneak it into something in microscopic amounts, and in all situations between these - can't do it sigh

I love cilantro, but I can't stand certain ingredients or combinations that many people love. For example, I hate ricotta, and no one can believe me - they keep trying to convert me .... no way.

Hmmmm. Maybe I'd better find out if the parents like cilantro if I go that route. I love it, but it sounds like that's not a universal feeling....

Cilantro is polarizing. People either love it, or think it tastes like soap. There's rarely a middle ground.

Tastes like soap. It might have some basis in background, since I've yet to meet an Italian who likes it.

DH has finally come to accept it, in small quantities, and only in Tex-Mex fare like guacamole and Texas style fresh salsa, and even then only if he's not 100% sure whether or not it's in there. Might be the Italian thing, now that you mention it. His whole family hates it.
