Need help again. Ran out of brandy. So what would be a good brand to use for baking and cooking? I do have a bottle of Hennessy cognac. Could I use that when recipe says brandy?
I also want to make the Japanese Chicken from this month's C@H which has Vinegar Rice as a side dish. I don't have any sushi rice. Could I use Valencia or Arborio which I do have? Thanks so much.
