Endangered Species Natural Dark Chocolate 72%. It's excellent! My favorites in the past have included Santander 70%, El Rey 73%, and Newman's Own Organics 70% - they were all great, but this one exceeds them all. Lots of flavors going on - rich, smooth, creamy, complex, deep and dark.

That is some good chocolate, Merstar! I had some of the 72% and 88% (I think I remember that number!), and both were delicious. I think that 88% was the least sweet chocolate I have ever eaten - I had 82 and 84% bars of some single source brands (El Rey being one) - but that was the best.

They used to carry that one at the store, but I stopped buying it. It's false advertising; the bars actually contain no endangered species whatsover. Not even a "threatened".

And you know the flavors of every endangered species?

Well, there must be something in here, because I went ape over it.
