When I read the post about bacon jam in Las Vegas dining I thought about this: http://www.bakonvodka.com/recipes When I saw this at my liquor store, my curiosity got the best of me so I picked some up. it looked so intriguing. I tried it in my Clam Digger during the cocktail hour. For me, it just too intense. Last night I cut it by half with Smirnoff and that was a better way to use it up. If you just love the taste of bacon, you may want to give it a try. |
