A little wordy as usual, but always interesting. I don't like hardboiled eggs but Steve does. So I'll continue doing them in the IP when I make potato salad, because it is way easier to put potatoes in, then eggs, and have them all cook at the same time with 4 minutes pressure. I do put the eggs in cold water to get them out of the way safely, while I put my potatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with pickle juice and mustard. I leave the eggs for him to add to his individual serving.
