All,
This month's Saveur is all about Frank and Lou. 40 pages of barbeque in different styles.
Not much there for me, of course, but it's an impressively comprehensive look.

Thanks Josh, will pick up a copy, yesterday lunch was Hawaiian style BBQ / Kalua pig for lunch, dinner was Thai style roast pork...all in Rexburg Idaho...whodathunkit...
