End of the year, which means Saveur 100 again. This year they asked each of 100 chefs to pick an item.
Some interesting tidbits: a hot sauce made with tequila, the "In Bocca" rare out-of-print Italian cooking pamphlets, the blog CookingIssues.com, and a recipe for home-made tater tots.
