I thought I'd make this for a dinner party Saturday evening. The recipe calls for 2 medium green chilis, no other description given. Any suggestions for what I should use? I've never tasted the salad so have not idea how hot or even if it's hot.

Fitzie,
Not sure. Personally, I'd split the difference and try to find some spicier anaheims. Otherwise, seeded jalopenos, but only if you know the other guests like hot.
